Atlassian is thrilled to be recognized as one of the 2010’s 25 Best Small Companies to Work For from the Great Place to Work® Institute in the U.S.!
Atlassian San Francisco was selected as a winner after participating in the Great Place to Work selection process, which included a survey of all the San Francisco employees and a questionnaire about our programs and practices. Entrants are evaluated based on 5 areas: credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie.
With our open culture, ShipIt Day (mentioned in Dan Pink’s TED talk on motivation) and 20% time, and awesome events we feel we offer a unique environment in which employees are able to lead, innovate and thrive. Atlassian is ranked #21 and we couldn’t be more proud of our staff. This award is because of their commitment to kick-ass products with legendary service and building a company-culture that’s second to none. Everyday we are thankful for the people who call themselves Atlassians. They are as committed to our values as we are and we have a blast doing it!
Just one week after being named to the World Economic Forum’s Technology Pioneer list of 2011 and winning the Australian Anthill 100, we’re proud to add the Best Small Companies award logo to our website, too. We have lots of job openings, so consider applying to join Atlassian in our San Francisco, Sydney or Amsterdam offices.
